You can download the full product analysis data for any saved collection as a CSV file. The export includes everything ProductChimp knows about each item — product details, market data, Buy Box and offer information, and your profit calculations — in a single spreadsheet-ready file.
Prerequisites
- A Pro or Team plan — on other plans, the export option appears grayed out with a note to upgrade
- A ProductChimp account with at least one saved collection
- Collections can be manually curated or auto-generated from a bulk analysis — both can be exported
Description
Exporting to CSV is available for Pro and Team users. You'll find the Export to CSV option in two places:
- On the Saved page — click the three-dot (⋮) menu on any collection card and select Export to CSV
- Inside an individual collection's page, at the top-right (next to the search bar)
Click it and the download starts immediately — no confirmation step needed. On other plans, the option is visible but grayed out, with a note to upgrade.
The file is named after your collection and the export date, for example: Beauty-Personal-Care-2026-06-29.csv.
Each row is one product in the collection, and includes:
- Product info — ASIN, UPC, full title, brand, category, star rating, review count, and Amazon URL
- Market data — BSR, BSR category and percentile, estimated monthly sales, and total/FBA offer counts
- Buy Box & pricing — Buy Box price, seller, and fulfillment type (FBA / FBM / AMZ)
- Top 5 offers — seller name, type, price, and stock for each of the top five offers
- Profit calculator — cost price, sale price, fees, profit, ROI %, margin %, max cost, and Amazon payout, based on your most recent saved calculation for that item
- Collection metadata — collection name, saved date, and last searched date
FAQs
Which plans include CSV export?
Pro and Team. On other plans the Export to CSV option is grayed out — upgrade your plan to unlock it.
Can I export all my collections at once?
No. Export works per collection — use the ⋮ menu on a collection card, or export from inside the collection page. Each export produces one file for that collection.
Which profit numbers are included?
The most recent calculation you saved for each item. If you never ran a profit calculation for an item, those columns will be blank.
What if an item has no Buy Box or fewer than 5 offers?
Those columns simply export as blank — the rest of the item's data is unaffected.
Does the export include price or BSR history?
No. Historical price and rank data isn't included in the CSV export.
Can I export a bulk analysis report?
Yes. Bulk analysis results are saved automatically as collections, so you can export them the same way as any other collection.
Can I choose which items or columns to export?
Not currently — the export always includes all items in the collection with the full column set.
