Find Products is ProductChimp's new product discovery tool. Instead of analyzing a product you already have in mind, Find Products lets you search all of Amazon using the filters that actually matter — price, sales rank, ratings, stock status, category, brand, and more — so you can source new opportunities from scratch.
Why it Matters?
Instead of guessing what might sell or manually scrolling Amazon for ideas, you can filter the entire marketplace down to products that already meet your criteria for profitability, demand, and risk — turning product research from hours of manual digging into a few minutes of targeted searching.
Prerequisites
- A ProductChimp account, logged in
- A marketplace selected (e.g. amazon.com) — results are scoped to the marketplace shown in the top nav
How It Works
1. Open "Find Products"
From the Home page, click Find Products under "No product yet? Discover what to sell":
2. Start from a template or build your own
Rather than starting from a blank page, pick a ready-made template:
- Good Deal
- Recent OOS
- Top Sellers in Category
- A2A Flips
- Storefront
Each template comes pre-loaded with a relevant filter set (visible under "Filter By"), which you can use as-is or adjust to fit your criteria:
3. Filter by what matters
Find Products gives you access to roughly 175 filters, covering things like:
- Price, sales rank (BSR), estimated sales, and max cost
- Ratings and review count
- Stock status and offer count
- Category and brand
- Product dimensions and weight
Filters can be added or removed individually, and most support open-ended ranges — leave one side of a Min/Max field blank to search "under X" or "over X."
4. Run the search
Click Run search to see matching products. Each result shows key metrics at a glance: BSR, estimated monthly sales, max cost, and top offer (seller, price, stock).
5. Dig into any result
Click a product to open its full breakdown in a side panel — Product Info, eligibility, alerts, BSR, estimated sales, max cost, cost price, and sale price — without losing your search results. From the panel you can also Save Item to Collection or Ask my AI Guide for a deeper read on that product.
6. Switching marketplaces
If you change marketplace mid-search (e.g. amazon.com to amazon.co.uk), your previous results are cleared automatically. This prevents you from accidentally reading prices or stock data from the wrong country.
FAQs
How is "Find Products" different from analyzing a single product or running a Bulk Analysis?
Analyze and Bulk Analysis are for products you already have in mind — you give ProductChimp an ASIN, UPC, URL, or a list of them. "Find Products" works the other way around: you describe the kind of product you're looking for, and ProductChimp searches all of Amazon to find matches.
Do I have to use a template?
No. Templates are a starting point. You can select one and adjust its filters, or clear it and build a filter set from scratch.
How many filters can I apply at once?
As many as you need from the full set of roughly 175. The "Filter By" section shows a running count of how many are currently active.
Can I sort by more than one thing?
Yes - up to three sort keys at a time, applied in order (e.g. sort by price first, then by sales rank as a tiebreaker).
What happens if I switch marketplaces while I have results on screen?
Your results are cleared automatically. Run the search again in the new marketplace to get accurate results for that country.
Can I save a search to reuse later?
No. This function is to be added later.
Does clicking into a product lose my search results?
No. The product breakdown opens in a side panel over your results, so your search stays intact when you close it.
