Log in to your ProductChimp account.
Click on the Plans tab located in the top navigation bar.
This will open the Subscription & Billing dashboard.
Your usage summary is conveniently displayed under your plan progress metrics.
Understanding Your Usage Metrics
Once you are on the Subscription & Billing page, look beneath your trial or billing progress timeline to find your real-time usage data:
Searches this month: This counter tracks your total lookups/scans for the current billing cycle. (For instance, the account in the file named "image_c0ee8a.png" has used 1 search so far this month).
Searches all time: This tracks your cumulative lifetime search history since opening your account. (The account in the file named "image_c0ee8a.png" has reached 62 searches all time).
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Where can I check how many searches I have left for the month?
You can view your current monthly usage under the Searches this month metric on your account's "Plans" page. Compare this number against your subscription plan's maximum allowance to see how many remain.
Will my "Searches this month" count reset automatically?
Yes. Your monthly search counter resets automatically based on your billing cycle or on the 1st of the month depending on whether you are on a monthly or annual subscription.
What is the difference between "Searches this month" and "Searches all time"?
"Searches this month" resets with every new billing cycle and counts toward your plan's recurring usage limit. "Searches all time" is a lifetime counter that never resets and shows the total volume of products you have analyzed since joining ProductChimp.
