The Offers Panel in ProductChimp provides a detailed view of all sellers competing on an Amazon listing. It displays seller fulfilment types, stock levels, pricing, estimated profit, and ROI, helping you quickly evaluate sales opportunities.
What Is the Offers Panel?
The Offers Panel gives you a breakdown of every seller currently offering a product on Amazon. It allows you to compare pricing and competition while showing the potential Profit and ROI you could achieve if you matched a seller's price.
Within the panel, you'll find:
- Seller Type – Indicates how the item is fulfilled.
- Stock – Estimated inventory available from that seller.
- Price – Current selling price.
- Profit – Estimated profit if you sold at that price.
- ROI – Estimated return on investment at that price.
Seller Fulfilment Types Explained
The Seller column displays fulfilment badges that identify how orders are fulfilled.
| Badge | Meaning |
| FBA | Fulfilled by Amazon |
| FBM | Fulfilled by Merchant |
| AMZ | Amazon is the seller and fulfils the order |
| SFP | Seller Fulfilled Prime; seller sells and fulfils the order |
| A.EU | Amazon Global Shipping Program (Amazon EU) sells and fulfils the order |
These fulfilment types help you understand who you're competing against and the level of competition on a listing.

At the top of the panel, you can switch between different offer views:
All Offers - Displays every available offer for the listing.
Recent Offers - Shows offers that have been updated within the last hour.
Live Offers - Displays current offer data retrieved directly from Amazon.
Prime Only - Filters results to show only Prime-eligible offers.
Use these filters to focus on the data most relevant to your sourcing and pricing decisions.

FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) means Amazon stores and ships the inventory. FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) means the seller handles storage, shipping, and customer service.

What are Live Offers?

Yes. Enable the Prime Only filter at the top of the Offers Panel to display only Prime-eligible sellers.
Why don't the seller counters match the total number of offers?
The counters exclude Amazon EU (A.EU) and Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) sellers, so the totals may differ from the overall offer count.
