Activation Steps
Step 1: Check your app status. If you have already downloaded the Productchimp app onto your iOS or Android device, delete/uninstall the app from your phone now. If you haven't downloaded it yet, skip to Step 2.
Step 2: Open your activation email. Locate the welcome/activation email sent to your inbox. Open this email using a standard web browser (on your phone or a computer).
Step 3: Activate your account. Click the activation link inside the email and follow the on-screen prompts in your browser to finalize your account setup.
Step 4: Reinstall the app. Once your account is successfully activated via the browser, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, download the Productchimp app again, and log in.

Can I just log in and activate my account straight from the mobile app?
No. The mobile app does not support initial account activation. You must use the link in your activation email via a web browser first.
Why do I need to delete the mobile app if I already downloaded it?
If the app is installed before activation is complete, it can interfere with the mobile browser link handoff. Deleting the app ensures that your activation link opens correctly in your web browser.
I didn't receive my activation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still missing, visit the Productchimp login page on your browser and look for a "Resend Activation Email" option, or contact our support team.
