When you cancel your ProductChimp subscription, your account history and settings are saved indefinitely so you can reactivate whenever you are ready. If you prefer to have your data permanently deleted, you can request it by contacting our support team.
Life happens, and plans change. If you need to step away from ProductChimp, we make sure pausing your subscription doesn't mean losing your hard work. Here is exactly what happens to your data when you cancel, and how you can manage it.
Your Account Status Post-Cancellation
By default, we keep your account's History and Settings saved safely on our servers indefinitely.
Why we do this: If you ever decide to come back, you can simply log back in, reactivate your subscription, and pick up exactly where you left off. Your custom setups, project histories, and configurations will be waiting for you.
Cost: Keeping your idle data on file is entirely free.
How to Permanently Delete Your Data
If you are moving on for good and prefer that we completely wipe your information from our systems, we are happy to accommodate that. Because data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, our team processes these requests manually for security reasons.
To request permanent deletion:
Compose an email to support@productchimp.ai.
Make sure to send the email from or quote the exact subscription email address associated with your ProductChimp account.
State that you would like your account history and settings permanently deleted.
